Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites application form for Civil Judges, Cum Judicial Magistrate through Khyber Public Service Commission. Online applications are invited for the following posts form Pakistani citizens have domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa merged areas by 2024. Only online application are invited other than online will not be accepted. For this Khyber Public Service Commission has announced the online application form. The candidates who are interested they must apply for these jobs before the closing date. Documents are not required at the time f submission of application. Qualification:

Should possess a degree in law from a recognized University entitling him / her to practice the profession of law or is a Barrister of England or Ireland or is a Member of the Faculty of Advocates of Scotland and have practiced the profession of law in the High Court or in the Courts subordinate thereto, for a period not less than two (02) years after enrollment as an advocate.

General Condition:

  • Age in all cases shall be reckoned as on the last date fixed for submission of applications for appointment. Two years optimum relaxation shall be allowed to:
  • Government servants with a minimum of two years continuous service Disabled persons; and
  • Candidates from backward areas specified in the appendix attached to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Initial Appointment to Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2008;.
  • The period which a Barrister or an Advocate of the High Court and / or the Courts subordinate thereto or a Pleader has practiced in the Bar, shall be excluded for the purpose of upper age limit subject to a maximum period of two years from his / her age.
  • The required two years experience certificate must be duly countersigned by Session Judge.
  • Degrees / Diploma / Experience Certificates / Testimonials of unrecognized Institution are not acceptable. Only original Degrees / Certificates will be accepted, however, the candidates can apply on provisional certificate duly signed by the Controller of Examination of the respective institution. The candidates shall produce original degrees / certificates on or before their interview. Detail Marks Certificates (DMCs) for all the examinations shall necessarily be required and these should be attached with the Electronic Receipt forms.
  • Only the qualification possessed on the closing date of the advertisement shall be taken into consideration.
  • Govt. / Semi Govt. / Autonomous / Semi Autonomous Bodies employees may apply direct but their Departmental Permission Certificates should reach within 30 days of the closing date
  • The candidates will also show their option for Urdu or Pushto Papers available in the Syllabus.
  • The applications on plain paper or Photostat shall not be accepted. Incomplete and late applications shall not be accepted which shall be rejected.
  • Applicants married to foreigners are considered only on production of Government relaxation orders.
  • The zonal and merit quotas shall be strictly followed in the allocation of seats appearing at serial No. 1(a). Posts allocated to female, disable and minority quotas shall be filled in on open merit.
  • The government reserves the right not to fill or fill more or less than the advertised posts.
  • A Candidate shall be entitled for having one domicile only otherwise he / she shall become ineligible.
  • No applicant shall be considered in absentia on paper qualifications unless, he/she possesses exceptionally higher qualifications than the minimum prescribed qualification for a particular post(s).
  • In case the number of applications received by the Public Service Commission is disproportionately higher and if need be, the Commission will conduct one paper, MCQs based, shortlisting test before the aforementioned competitive examination.
