Disclaimer

Please read this Disclaimer carefully before using Study.com.pk (the “Website”). By using the Website, you agree to the terms below.

General Information Only

All content on this Website, including news, results, merit lists, admission details, scholarships, jobs, guides, notes and other material, is published for general information and education only. It is not official advice, and it should not be treated as a final or legally binding source.

We Are Not an Official Source

Study.com.pk is an independent website. We are not a government department, an education board, the Higher Education Commission (HEC), a university, a college, an employer or a scholarship provider, and we are not connected with any of them unless we clearly say so. Names of boards, universities, departments and programs are used only to identify them and to give information about them.

Accuracy and Timeliness

We try to publish correct and up-to-date information, and we link to official sources wherever possible. However, dates, fees, merit, eligibility and other details can change without notice, and mistakes can happen. We do not promise that the information on this Website is complete, current or free from errors. Always confirm important details on the official website or notification before you apply, pay a fee, travel or make any decision.

No Guarantee of Admission, Jobs or Scholarships

Nothing on this Website guarantees admission, a job, a scholarship, an interview, a test result or any other outcome. Decisions are made only by the relevant institute, board, employer or organisation.

Beware of Fraud

We never ask for money to arrange an admission, a job, a scholarship or a result, and we never ask for your passwords or banking details. Please be careful of anyone who asks for payment in return for a guaranteed seat or job. If someone uses our name to do this, please tell us at studypk.team@gmail.com.

External Links

This Website contains links to other websites, such as official websites of boards, universities and employers. These sites are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices or availability, and a link does not mean that we endorse the site or its owner.

Advertising

This Website may show advertisements, including ads served by Google AdSense and other advertising partners. Advertisers are independent, and showing an advertisement does not mean that we recommend or endorse the advertiser or its products and services. You deal with advertisers at your own risk. Please see our Privacy Policy to learn how advertising cookies work and how you can control them.

No Professional Advice

Guides on careers, degrees, studying abroad, scholarships, loans and exams are general guidance and not professional, legal, financial or immigration advice. Salaries, scope and requirements vary. Please speak to a qualified counsellor, the institute or the relevant authority before you make an important decision.

Logos, names and trademarks mentioned on this Website belong to their respective owners. We respect the rights of others. If you believe that any content on this Website infringes your rights, please write to us at studypk.team@gmail.com with the page link and details, and we will review it promptly.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Study.com.pk, its owner and its contributors are not liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, that results from using this Website or relying on its content, including missed deadlines, rejected applications, lost fees or any other loss.
