Eligibility Criteria:
- Pakistani Citizen
- Age between 18 and 23 years
- Matriculation with at least 60% marks
- Intermediate with at least 60% marks in relevant subjects
- Height: Minimum of 5 feet 4 inches
- Weight: Must be proportionate to height

The Pak Navy PN Cadet Physical Test is a series of physical tests that are conducted to assess the physical fitness of candidates who are applying for the Pakistan Navy’s PN Cadet program. The physical test is designed to ensure that candidates have the physical fitness and stamina to meet the demands of the PN Cadet program.
Physical test consists of the following
- Height and Weight: Candidates must meet the following height and weight requirements:
- Height: Minimum of 5 feet 4 inches
- Weight: Must be proportionate to height
- Chest Expansion: Candidates must be able to expand their chest by a minimum of 5 inches.
- Sit-ups: Candidates must be able to do a minimum of 20 sit-ups in one minute.
- Push-ups: Candidates must be able to do a minimum of 10 push-ups in one minute.
- 1.5 Mile Run: Candidates must be able to run 1.5 miles in a maximum time of 12 minutes.
Candidates who fail any of the physical tests will be disqualified from the PN Cadet program .in addition to the physical test, candidates will also be required to undergo a medical examination. - Applications sent directly to Recruitment Directorate at Naval Headquarters will not entertain.
- Hence Entrance test date will intimate by respective PNR & SC through SMS after Improvement in COVID-19 Pandemic situation.
- Similarly, the Computer-based test / e-testing will conduct in the following subjects.
- Intelligence Test and Academic Test (English, Maths, Physics & General Knowledge). Similarly, the exact date for the entrance test would be intimated to each individual through SMS by the respective PNR&SC.
