- Application form and online deposit slip are available on OTS website or study.com.pk
- Application must be received at the given address not later than fifteen days of the publication of this advertisement.
- Open Testing Services or Punjab Assembly will not be responsible for late receipt of application sent through post or by any other courier service.
- Candidates are required to send their prescribed application forms for the post along with online deposit slips to CTS office no 6, 2nd floor United Plaza, 96-E Blue Area Islamabad.
- Incomplete and late submission form are not entertained.
- Last date of submission form is 18th February 2023.
