Akhuwat Faisalabad Institute of Research, Science and Technology (FIRST), is located in Faisalabad at Chak 250 RB, about thirty minutes’ drive from the city centre and fifteen minutes’ drive from Faisalabad international Airport. The primary aim of the institute since its inception (2005) has been to impart quality education in Science and Technology and the promotion of applied and basic research. It is affiliated with the University of Health Sciences, Lahore.

Obtain a minimum of 60% marks in FSc Pre-Medical/Pre-Engineering/Pre-Biotechnology.
Have a good command of English
Admission will be strictly on merit (Previous Academic Record+ Admission Test+ Interview).
Minimum 70% marks in F.Sc Pre Medical or equivalent for open merit seats.
Minimum 60% marks in F.Sc Pre Medical or equivalent for quota and self-finance seats.
Students waiting for the F.Sc Part-2 result may also apply. However, they must have minimum of 70% marks in F.Sc Part-1 and ensure the same percentage in Part-2.

Written Test Instructions:
Arrive at the test center 30 minutes before the specified time.
The duration of the exam activities, including entry/security check, attendance, and related procedures, will be 2 hours.
The test will consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). There is no negative marking, but any item with overwriting, cutting, or double answers will be considered as zero.
Calculators and communication devices such as mobile phones and laptops are not permitted in the examination hall.
Candidates should enter the exam hall 30 minutes prior to the exam.
The answer sheet will be provided 15 minutes before the exam.
The question paper will be provided after the bell rings.
Candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam hall after 30 minutes from the start time. No extra time will be given in case of late arrival.
Examinees are not permitted to leave the exam hall before the halfway mark.
Before leaving the examination, applicants must ensure they sign the attendance sheet.
Any external sources, such as mobile phones or papers, are strictly prohibited in the examination hall.
Candidates must pass the entrance test with a minimum of 60% marks.
