The government of Balochistan has announced the District Topper Students scholarship 2023. Applications for the award of scholarships are invited from those who scored the highest marks in their district under the Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, BISE Quetta. Two toppers from each district will be selected, one from Boys and one from Girls. Only those students who appeared in exams from a Government school can apply. Muhtarama Benazir Bhutto District Toppers Scholarship 2023 is for those who appeared in Matric Annual exams in previous year and scored highest marks in their districts.

Students of private schools, residential schools/colleges, and cadet colleges are not eligible to apply for this scholarship. Also, those who improved their division by re-appearing in exams are not eligible.

How to apply:
- Applications can be obtained from the Directorate of Education (Schools) office in Quetta. Attested copies of the following documents are required to be submitted with the application form.
