MDCAT stands for Medical & Dental College Admission Test which is mandatory to take by those who want to get admission in MBBS or BDS in any medical or dental college and University. MDCAT test is compulsory to secure admission in both the private and public organization. The main purpose of the MDCAT test is to check the ability of candidates who wish to go into the medical field.
MDCAT Aggregate Calculator 2024
The test follows a multiple choice questions format. There are 220 questions in total to be attempted in duration of 2 hours and 30 minutes. University of Health Sciences has been conducting the test annually in Lahore. Each year around 55,000 students attempt the test competing for around 3400 seats in public sector medical colleges and around 200 seats in Public sector dental college of Punjab.

Ratio:
- Matriculation (SCC or Equivalent) = 10%
- HSSC/FSc (Premedical or Equivalent)= 40%
- Entrance Test = 50%

Step –I
- Marks obtained in SCC/Equivalent x 1100 x 0.10/ Total Marks = 10% SSC
Step II:
Marks obtained in HSSC/ FSc x 1100 x 0.40/ Total Marks of HSSC/FSc = 40% of HSSC
Step III:
- Marks obtained in Entrance Test/ Sat II/MDCAT x 1100 x 0.50 / total marks of Entrance Test= 50% of admission Test
Step IV:
- 10% SSC + 40% HSSC + 50% Admission Test = Aggregate Marks
- Step V: Aggregate Marks x 100/1100 = Aggregate Percentage
