- Talk to customer representative and ask him to deactivate sim (specifying number)
- He would ask the details of the sim owner(generally name and address of urs)
- After he is satisfied, he will inform u that your sim will be deactivated in few hours
- if the above steps are not helpful, go to ur nearest service store along with ur official ID. explain the situation and he will deactivate the sim
